In the end Curtis took the game and won it's 5th football title with the last crown being won on a snowy Saturday   two years ago in 2007.

Our congratulations to Curtis as well as Tottenville and all the other teams who played this season.

The much anticipated
game between Curtis
high school and
Tottenville took place on
Saturday and the teams
did not disappoint.  While
the hottest  and most
intense action took place
close to the line of
scrimmage there were a
few break away plays that
had  the crowd standing
on it's feet.  It's been
quite a while that two
Staten Island teams
battled it out for the city's
top and the rest of the
city was eager to see the
outcome of the game so
not only were the stands
full but so was the
overflow  seating area.
