Nothing thrills a New Jersey High school football
player more than a chance to play in a
championship game. Add to that an opportunity to
play the game in Giants Stadium and any student
athlete is totally beside himself. The enormity of
such an opportunity was clearly visible on the
faces of many players as they exited the tunnel
and took the field this weekend.
Crowds streamed in and did anything but settle
down as they belted out an endless number of
cheers and boos. In spite of cold temps some
avid fans dressed from the waist up only in body
paint and scarves.
