When the nomination for this shot
came in there was a hearty chuckle
in the office.
The laughter came because some
remembered seeing this shot of the
Montclair High School lineman back
in 2006 and remembered it. Plenty
of players wear nice new spats right
off the shelf and they all look good.
What made this lineman's custom
spats special was the personal
touch he added to his which
consisted of blue socks and white
tape. Not only do we remember his
coach ribbing him about them but
we also remember him being
somewhat proud of them.
